My mother received excellent care at this rehab facility, from the administration to the nurses and aides, and every department in-between (physical therapy, nutrition, etc.) The Medical Director took a personal interest in her, and everyone on the staff knew the details of my mother's condition and progress at all times. Her transfers from the hospital to the facility, and from the facility to home were seamless, including detailed information on her medications, treatments, and therapies. I highly recommend Jersey Shore Post Acute Rehab.

My mom took a really bad fall. She's 87 yrs old. I am her son Jim and the family caregiver. I am wicked protective of her. She's my mom. I looked at 7 post acute rehabs in the 2 days before mom was discharged from hospital. None, ZERO, were acceptable to me. At wits end I literally started asking anyone in the hospital anywhere, the cafeteria, wherever - for a recommendation. My question: Do you know of a post acute rehab you would send YOUR mom to?An actual career social worker visiting a friend on 5th floor said, "there's a place that's right down street called Jersey Shore Post Acute I'm hearing good things about". Like across the board. she said it has a solid rehab department that's earning an excellent reputation in the business, the place is clean (was recently refurbished) and that people say the nurses - "know their sh_t". Which was refreshing to hear.Thank you from the bottom of my heart social worker that I cant remember your name. You were right.JSPA management honors their nurses regularly. They constantly show their appreciation. That's so smart. To all those iron willed JSPA nurses, especially ones I hugged the day my mom got released, your job is so hard, you matter, you ALL have have earned my deepest respect. And to management: Areia (trans: the lion of god - it fits) Sara, George and Vivian. Thank you ALL for ALL your help while mom was there and ...helping me with questions after the fact, after mom left - when most places wouldn't bother. Moms doing great.Peace, Jim
Tha staff have been wonderful. From day one I have felt welcomed. From the nursing staff too the rehab staff the care had been great. I definitely would recommend this facility

Our families are our most valuable treasure and after our 71yo brother had a leg amputation we worried about how to best help him during this major event in his life. However, we were lucky and blessed to have Jersey Shore Post Acute Rehab & Healthcare recommended to us as a place he would receive the care that he needed. Though it was concerning entering the Post Acute not knowing what to expect, he immediately experienced the warmth, kindness and concern for his well being from the staff. The excellent bedside Nurses, his Medication Nurse Sandy, Physical Therapists Kyle & Mercedes and Occupational Therapist Lauren , and Social Services Director Sara provided the professional care and positive encouragement that was needed and appreciated. We always felt welcomed and our questions were answered. He appreciated the meals served, gym time and activities by Robin, Tiffany & Lisa which were great for all the patients and felt he made friends during his stay which was uplifting. His family came to completely entrust our brothers care at this facility. Thank you, to the Administration, Doctors and the wonderful Nurses, for your Professionalism, outstanding care and unrelenting dedication to your patients and our brother.Best Regards fromKMayes & JBonet & Family

Jersey Shore Post Acute was amazing. Staff was kind and constantly keept up with the family with updates. Dad came from a long road with brain surgery and covid pnemonia, now he is getting out of bed, eating on his own and recovering right in front of our eyes. Their compassion and focus on their patients was amazing. We have been through alot as a family and for a sub acute facility, we would recommend JSPA to anyone!

My 92-yr-old dad came to this facility following an aneurysm repair and many days in bed. He was treated with respect and so well cared for. Everyone, from the aides, nurses, PT staff and director, and the social workers and director were amazing and kept my dad, who is hearing and vision impaired, feeling safe, comfortable and happy. Their kindness extended to our family as well. We always left our visits knowing he was in good hands. He is doing well now, but I know he misses the staff-especially Gloria!! 😊.

If this were a 1 to 10 scale I would give it a 9. Nothing is perfect, but on the whole this is a clean, well run facility. The staff and care provided are on the upper end of the scale. Very good PT/OT department. Of course, you probably won't be happy with the food. It's definitely institutional fare.

My Father In Law, Big Al, went back and forth between hospital & Jersey Shore Post Acute for many months. JSPA made every stint with them comfortable and productive.Getting the proper rehab with TLC can be difficult to find. It’s a beautifully updated facility with tremendously caring staff. From Dr Patel, to Tim & Mercedes (PT), to Lovene (Nurse) to Gloria (Aide), to name a few. The entire staff exceeded expectations and got Big Al back on his feet despite all of his challenges. If you are in need for rehab care, I highly recommend Jersey Shore Post Acute for your loved one. Thanks for everything!
My husband was in and out of the hospital for almost 4 months with intermittent visits to Jersey Shore rehab. Each time he was treated with outstanding care. The staff is so caring and supportive especially his nurses. Gloria was especially helpful in getting him to eat and all the physical therapists who worked with him did a phenomenal job getting him on his feet again in a short period of time. The social workers and Dr. Patel gave him great care and always kept me informed as well as attending to my emotional needs. If ever in need of a rehab facility this is the one I would recommend. Thank you all.

My mom ended up in the LTC unit. She was a patient a few times before this transition was made. Honestly I feel they actually cared about my mom’s well being. They assisted me and helped me get the care she requires. I would recommend this facility for anyone that needs short term or long term care.
I attended a Christmas party here this year. Aryeh and his whole crew are great people. The party was very nice, they always out due themselves. My girlfriend Karen Cosoleto was here with me in spirit. From Michael and Karen Cosoleto

The staff was so attentive and caring. I cannot say enough about Sara, The Director of Social Services, who helped us navigate a release plan for my mother and for going above and beyond to help facilitate it with the crunch of a holiday weekend.

Therapy department did an excellent job. Very kind and caring workers. The rehab team even did a trial run at my home with my husband to ensure the most safe discharge and that my husband (and I)felt comfortable. Even though rough start with taking care of my husbands infusion pump and changing pump it,they were diligent to always meet his medical needs.
Sara the social worker hands down has brought Jersey Shore to a reasonable and peaceful state of being. This woman goes out of her way to facilitate the personal and business relationships between myself, my Grandmother, the nurses, other staff and directors. She has single handily stood in the gap and cleaned up what the last financial admin worker left behind. Much love and respect to the staff that also go out their way when they can and just simply are there because they care. We appreciate the love and support given to our loved one as many of us are across the country and she isn’t in a position to be relocated, so knowing someone is there for her that genuinely cares speaks volumes about the integrity of the facility and the community itself. We Thank Jersey Shore!
